About Us

Harvest Center is a regional hub for restoring people, developing leaders, and advancing the Kingdom. It is overseen and led by Alliance Network which purchased the property in April, 2026. The board of directors provides oversight and the staff team oversees day to day operations to serve people in Lancaster and beyond.

There is a 40 year storyline regarding the property; with three different groups hearing from the Lord to establish and steward a restoration and equipping center. We believe there is something on the heart of God for this center in the heart of our community!

Our journey with the property began in early 2024 and we discovered the larger storyline after we signed the agreement to purchase the property. And then discovered the vision for Alliance Network is connected to this larger storyline. We are still praying, listening, and discerning what is on the Lords heart. It is far beyond our limited prior understanding and we are filled with anticipation as we continue the discovery and development process.

There are multiple ministry components under development and will be established over time. These include a holistic health ministry, transitional housing, office suites for collaborative ministries, missionary housing, cafe, and a few more being discovered. Some of these ministries will be stewarded by Alliance Network and some will simply have space here.

Currently, we are operating the motel, venue (primarily utilized by Alliance prayer room and a local church; with limited availability for community use), and hosting an array of faith based regional gatherings; whether we are facilitating them or simply providing space for them.
